We would like to remind you to make your bookings with the Marriott, if that is where you wish to stay. To ensure you get the rooms you want you need to do this as soon as possible, as every year the hotel sells out. Our special Show rates are:
£110 (per night, bed & breakfast, including VAT) for a twin or double room.
To book at this rate please call Julie Jones in Group reservations at the Marriott on her (non 0870!) number 0117 927 5609 and tell her that you are with the Hi-Fi Show and want the special Show concessionary rate of £110 (per night, bed & breakfast, including Vat) for a twin or double room.
Julie works Monday to Friday only (please don't call when she's not there) and is available from 8.00 till 4.30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 8.00 till 4.00 on Mondays and Fridays.

The Premier Travel Inn (Haymarket): offers lower quality accommodation and is a
cheaper alternative within walking distance of the Show. Tel: 0870 238 3307
A further alternative is the Thistle (formerly the Grand) in Broad Street. This is the closest hotel to the Marriott and they are offering an exhibitors rate of £99 bed and breakfast (inc. VAT) and the use of their leisure club. (Please note this is the rate for Friday and Saturday, the rate for Thursday 19th February is £109). The reservations number is 0871 376 9042 and you should chose option 1 and ask for Kay Ludeke.
